Plagiarism and Multiple Submission Policy
Plagiarism:
All conference papers submitted to the ECCE 2019 for publication must record original work which has not been published previously. Any alleged cases of plagiarism will be dealt with according to the ECCE and IEEE Policy in relation to plagiarism, infringement of copyright and moral rights. Once a case of plagiarism has been established, the paper(s) in question will be immediately declined for publication by the ECCE and IEEE followed by appropriate legal/disciplinary action.

Multiple submissions:
Papers submitted to ECCE 2019 for review must not submit simultaneously to another conference or journal, or for other forms of publication. Once a case of such submission has been established, the paper(s) in question will be immediately declined for publication by the ECCE and IEEE followed by appropriate legal/disciplinary action.

Review Policy:
ECCE 2019 is committed to publish high quality research work. All papers submitted to ECCE 2019 will be double blind peer-reviewed by at least two reputed international researchers in the relevant field. Paper acceptance decisions will be primarily based on originality, technical merit, contributions, and relevance to the conference theme.
Submission Procedures:
Prospective authors are cordially invited to submit a full paper (4~6 pages) of A4 size in IEEE double column format through Proconf conference management system. The paper should be uploaded in PDF format. Initial submission should not include author's name and affiliation information. Please create an Proconf account first if you do not have an account.

All accepted, registered and presented papers will be published in the ECCE 2019 proceedings and will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore.
Copyright:
ECCE 2019 is technically co-sponsored by IEEE Bangladesh section. All accepted, registered and presented papers will be published on IEEE Xplore® (IEEE Digital Library) and IEEE will own the copyright to the conference publication.
