About Myself

Assalamualikum to Everyone! Mr. kamrul hossain Chowdhury joined the Materials and Metallurgical Engineering (MME) department at Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET) as an Technical Officer in April 2023. He received his B.Sc. degree in Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) department from KUET in 2022. Before joining CUET, he worked in a renowned private company BSRM in Bangladesh served as Engineer Quality Control and Management (EQCM) and S.S Steel Limited, Tongi Dhaka as Quality control-production in-charge. 
Mr. Kamrul is actively working for developing state-of-the-art research facilities at MME and has hands on experience in sophisticated equipment like DSC-TGA, UTM-2000KN, UTM-30KN, Fatigue tester, Planetary Ball milling etc. Moreover, he has built up skills on different application based multifunctional software provided with sophisticated lab equipment. 
In addition I was very much passionate about my materials field in the undergrade stage, would always think how to build structure-property co-relation of unknown materials for specific practical application. And knows various software that aligns with the materials science field like VESTA, Highscore plus, CES Educ pack etc. Outside of work, I enjoy staying updated on industry trends, attending seminars, and participating in professional networks. As well as passion for engineering is also matched by his desire to make a positive impact through his work, contributing to advancements in his field.
