Urgent Notice for Registration
Registration Guidelines
Important information about registration:
- An accepted paper will appear in the conference program if at least one author registers within 22 January, 2019. Each paper must be presented at the conference venue for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore.
- Registration fees are listed below:

*This additional fee is for including the paper in IEEE Xplore (as per new rule of IEEE MCE)
- For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to one paper. Each additional paper can be registered with additional 50% of the registration fee of his/her category. No registration kit will be provided for such additional registration.
- If more than one authors of a paper want to participate at ECCE 2019, each of them needs to perform registrationby paying the full registration fee of his/her category.
- A person, who has no paper but wants to participate in the conference, needs to perform registration as a participant and pay the full registration fee of his/her category.
- Authors need to upload the proofsof their IEEE membership and fulltime studentship. A recommendation letter from the head of the department or a valid student ID will be considered as the proof of the studentship. The original documents should be presented during the registration-kit collection.
- Each registration will cover a registration kit (bag, e-proceedings, souvenir etc.), lunches during the conference, a gala dinner, tea, coffee and snacks during the conference.
Instructions for Registration
- For registration, Click here: http://myproconf.org/conferences/ecce-2019/
- If you are already a user of ECCE 2019, then login. Otherwise, for new user, you have to sign-up and login.
- After login, go down to Participant module and Click Enroll. After enrollment, click on access to see registration information.
- Pay your registration fee as per your category of registration. Paper ID(s) should be written on the deposit slip, beside the depositor's name, while transferring the fees.
- During online registration, you need to attach the scanned copy of the following documents (in a single .rar/.zip file). Original copies should be presented during the registration-kit collection.
- Proof of payment (e.g. Copy of Deposit Slip)
- Proof of full time studentship from your current institution (if applicable)
- Proof of IEEE membership for the year 2019 (if applicable)
Mode of Payment
Please note that all kinds of transfer fees and service charges (if required) should be paid by the depositors.
